A Coffee Lover’s Dream World – Coffee May Help Fight Dementia
Check out this news article: Coffee lovers face lower dementia risk
Wow! I knew there was something good about my favorite part of waking up! Coffee has long been my consistent companion on work week mornings and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
But, this, now this is cool! One more reason to enjoy that cup (or two) in the morning! I understand that the finding could end up being circumstantial but, hey, don’t take my joy away!
My suggestion? Find a friend to share a cup of coffee with today! Life is short!

There have been a few studies lately that have revealed some benefits to drinking coffee regularly. The key is to drink it black, no cream or sugar, or the diabetes risk shoots right back up again!
