Are you anything like me in the morning? I HATE the waking up process! I actually have to set my cell phone to sound 3 times just in case I miss the first 2! When I do get up, I’m like the walking dead! For the first hour or two, my head doesn’t seem to work and you’d laugh if you knew some of the silly things I’ve done before actually waking up! One time I actually brewed coffee without the grounds!

- Stretch or Exercise
- Hot Beverage (don’t forget the coffee!)

I am not a morning person either. That’s why I decided to sleep until noon instead of trying to be more productive in the mornings…lol
Instead I work until 3 am and get as much as I can done. So far, it has worked really well. Of course this schedule will not work for everyone.

@Justin: I’ve had schedules like that before! And I remember enjoying them! Friday nights and Saturday mornings sometimes end up like that. Whatever time I do get up, I need to allow a few hours before I can think clearly.
Ha, while I can’t sympathize because I am a morning person and can’t even begin to comprehend why people can’t just climb out of bed when there’s places to go, people to see, I can say that I like the idea of having a morning routine to help get motivated in the a.m. :]
I like the idea of a routine ANY TIME during the day to stay motivated. I’m still growing there.
