Out of the two I would assume texting while driving to be more of a road hazard. When you are on your cell and driving you have the phone against your ear and looking at the road constantly. When you are texting you have to look down at your cell phone and type out a response or send out a new message. This of course deals with having to look down and go through a menu option or 3 to get to that point. I am just weary of any idiot on the road who can't drive properly due to whatever reason and stay clear of them as much as I can, hehe.
